The Academy Facilities...

The Main Dojo

The main training hall is offered fully matted with 40mm thick competition standard martial arts floor mats, padded walls, a Grappling dummy, a ‘Bob’(Body Opponent Bag), a free standing Wavemaster punchbag and assorted Escrima sticks, kicking shields, focus mits, Bokken’s, Jo’ and Bo’s.
 

The Small Dojo

Again this smaller training hall is offered full matted with the same mats as the main training hall. Although it is smaller it is idea for one2one sessions, grading’s, and personal training.
There is a free standing rack of nine assorted punch bags, a large  climbing frame all to compliment the wide range of Swiss balls, kettle bells, focus mitts, kicking shields, medicine balls, tornado ball, power bag & recently installed Dumb bells.

The Therapy Room

There is a generous range of Sports Massage, Massage and Beauty Treatments available, offered to you by fully qualified and experienced therapists.

Reception area

Spectator, Parent & visitor complete with comfortable seating area.
Changing & Toilet facilities
Ample male & female changing and toilet facilities are available at the Academy in warm comfortable surroundings.

Kitchen Facilities

We have recently introduced a small kitchenette and relax area where you can sit, relax and have a cup of tea or coffee after a hard session on the mat.

Car Parking Facilities

There is ample free parking available for approximately forty cars.
